BOOKING AND PAYMENT POLICY


Booking and Payments

Payment must be made at the time of booking.

Palm Island Barge Company will be unable to guarantee travel on your required day if payment is not made at the time of booking.

Palm Island Barge Company will not accept responsibility for passengers who have:

1. Booked but not paid.

2. Not confirmed if their unpaid booking is still valid.

3. Turn up on the day of travel to find that their booking has been nullified through nonpayment.

Cancellation

Notice of cancellation must be received two (2) working days prior to the day of travel.

Cancellation Fee of $48.50 + GST will be charged.

Refunds will not be given for cancellations received after the above close off time.

Travel will be invoiced for vehicles and passengers who do not show up on day of travel and have not notified us two (2) working days prior to the day of travel.

Transferring date of travel

Transferring date of travel must be made no later than two (2) working days prior to date of travel.

Re-Scheduling  Fee of $48.50 + GST will be charged.
